Register first at their website, then make ur complaint.
There are a vast range of account options available to access the internet. Usage charges are typically calculated in one of three ways:
a charge for the amount of time spent online;
a periodic charge (for example, monthly) for access to the internet; and
a periodic charge (for example, monthly) for access to the internet plus charges for excess amounts of data uploaded and downloaded outside the usage allowance of the account.
How long you will spend online and the features of the internet you are likely to use will determine what type of ISP account is best suited to your needs.
Very sad and disappointed with P1 service, nobody even care the customer complaint and take appropriate action and follow up to help their client. Even the e-mail is ding dong here and there and when i call up they even play tai Che with me by pushing here pushing there. Ask the supervisor or manager or even leave a massage to the staff at careline to ask them call me back but no one take action to do so.. Every time need to Spend my time and money to call the service counter, at last you received a music to hear..for 20 to 30 mins and it not a free,After get respond they play "tai Che" with you by pushing here and there...
ReplyDeleteEven the supervisor and manager not even call me until today and I call to office again what they so call a customer careline center and they say my account is block. Then they say will get back to me but no avail until now..
Thanks for their good service that I had encounter with P1 careline.That enough to prove me that they don't care their client complain and also proven that their efficiency of handling their customer.
Anyone who use their service, you will regreat soon base on my experiance..your decision still your own call.
