- How to terminate p1 by Calvin Ng
I just terminated my P1 yesterday... still under contract and no penalty... how...
1. Just take all the P1 stuff
2. Take it to the main HQ at PJ Federal Hiway
3. go to the customer care and explain to then you have move house and connect connect to internet
4. get a address or make a letter that confirm your new house address (pandai pandai lah)
5. they will happily accept your modem and give you a form to fill
6. No Penalty, no charges... just return all their stuff.....
7. yay now I am a MAXIS Broadband user with no contract...
Quote Robert Lee
Frankly , I am a victim of P1 Wimax before. I do subscribe this service on dec 2008 and terminate on dec 2009.
Eventually, I did not get full use of this service. This is because It always down and I call them for almost everyday. Surprisingly to said, the nearest Station is just 195m from my house and I still suffer with amber and red light signal but suck internet browsing. What make me sick is , while I adventure my online game, it suddenly "blink" and make me drop level where need few days to gain back......$%#$%#$.
Ask for termination, they said I am with contract if not have to pay RM999. Where is more then my 12 months subscription fee and expensive. So I have to put it aside and use the other broadband service as backup.
I was thinking, why not let pre-mature contract to terminated with cheaper price and return back the modem? Since we going terminate early, what use I keep the modem and buy the modem? we are not able to use the service either? I question but the CS said refer or email to them, they dont know what etc etc.
By now, I still with the modem keep for dust after terminated and until nowadays the service still getting worst.
Therefore, sincere advise for the potential P1 Wimax Subscriber, please always put them in last choice and better not going to the trap.

DeleteDear Guys,
ReplyDeleteI was a new P1 subscriber (2months) and also a new victim. It was a sickening experience dealing with P1 customer service. I called few times and their service was so dissapointed. I was so frustrated with their service.
There would be many 'hidden costs' on your monthly billing. You would be paying additional for nothing, even though you may have made it clear during signing up. They will still charge you and "help" to terminate it. which means you need pay for something for nothing.
Please Please think twice before opt for P1.
Dont apply for P1. im also a victim
