Dear members,

The purpose of this group is to stand for our rights as a P1 wimax subscriber to demand better service and not suffer from their ads campaign.

1. Cancellation fees should be F.O.C since service provider can't provide what stated on their headline ads as Fastest and uninterrupted.

2. Charges should be according to the current situation which automatically reduce until full restoration on speed and no call require to demand for discount / less.

3. Be more ethical on Promotions and Campaign.


I am using p1 wimax and always suffer with slow connection problems. I had issued this problem
