WE will carry out our operations professionally and highly practical to protect consumer’s rights; the right to choose, the right to safety, the right to be informed, the right to be heard, the right to redress, the right to a healthy environment, the right to satisfaction of basic needs, and the right to consumer education.
WE are not only a consumer body; but also a development body that practices the following in our actions:
Work in partnership with the government but not for government
Work with the consumers but not for consumers
Controlling exploitation and non-ethic practices in business and not against a responsible business practices
WE will carry out our operations by:
Researching consumer issues and its implications on people
Promote and conduct consumer education
Advocate for better consumer protection
Where required, conduct product testing
WE will engage to continuously improve our operations towards better quality performance.
